We’ve raided our cellar and called in the favors to make our annual Wood & Wild festival the best one yet. Prepare to witness the tapping of 25 of the best Barrel Aged & Sour Beers in existence. The early bird gets the glassware, so the first 100 guests through the door will receive a limited edition Wood & Wild logo beer glass. Not a morning person? Beer School w/ Summit Brewing

Summit has been known in Minnesota for having some of the highest quality beer brewed in Minnesota. Brewmaster Damien McConn has been crafting fantastic examples of traditional ales for 10 years now with Summit. We have invited him to join us at HopCat for a lesson of his ways. On October 23rd at 7:00 pm guests will be given 5oz pours of six different beers. Damien will take us through a tasting, talking about how each is made and answering any questions along the way.

Join us for a 5 beer, 4-course beer dinner featuring our neighbors at Inbound Brew Co.

Welcoming beer:  Comet Pale Ale – American Pale Ale – 5.5% ABV

 First Course:  Citrus Shrimp Spring Roll

Paired w/  Citrus Wheat – American Wheat Ale – 5.0% ABV
